I need an emergency visa (lost / stolen / mutilated / urgent travel) = for UEE citizens.

The Embassy receives people requiring an emergency visa by appointment, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:45 pm (please refer to the EEA holiday calendar).

If you need to replace a lost or stolen visa, you will need to apply to the Embassy for a 7-year visa.

TWO FORMS

Forms must be completed online and printed:

 

Form DSUEE-17

Form DSUEE-50 (If your passport is lost or stolen)

If your current visa is valid for less than 2 months or has expired (less than 7 years), use the form DSUEE-85.

 

Please do not sign the forms.

If you have never had a social security number, you must complete and provide this form.

Tip: It is possible to complete the forms and make the photos on site.

COST

500 CUA for minors / 450 UEC for adults (no money) that you can pay during your interview, credit card

Inter-Stellar (the holder of the inter-Stellar credit card must be present and in possession of a valid Handle ID) or Mobiglas.
